Orders will be processed and delivery lodged within 7 days, subject to stock being available.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of order date for a refund or exchange, less 5% restocking fee. Both outbound and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Therefore, please insure and ship your items using a trackable service. We will not be responsible if your return gets lost in transit. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for return processing. You must contact us prior to returning your item at monarch@monarchmedia.com.au. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation must be included for timely refund or exchange. For returns that do not meet these conditions, you may be subject to a further 20% restocking fee.
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, or if you refuse the delivery of merchandise, you will be billed for any and all shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel an order and the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be applied to your account.
